Dr. Linda Broome
RN, MHA, BCPCLC, CPHQ Founder/Chief Executive Officer
While working in the healthcare industry, Dr. Linda Broome studied Christian Counseling and earned a doctoral degree as a Christian Psychologist. Dr. Broome has dual bachelor degrees in Christian Education and Nursing, dual Master of Science degrees in Christian Psychology and Healthcare Administration. She is certified by the National Association of Healthcare Quality Board and the American Association of Christians Counselors as a Board-Certified Professional Christian Life Coach. She has written articles for the Kansas City Star, Nursing Management and Aspen Quality journals.
Dr. Broome recently published her first book in the format of an actual coaching session, “Your Thoughts and Words Matter,” and was recognized on the cover of Nursing Lounge Magazine for her pursuit of excellence as a nurse leader. Her work reflects her exploring and expanding the clients emotional, physical, and spiritual awareness through fulfillment/personal freedom.
Dr. Broome has spent a lifetime developing individuals and leaders as well as motivating teams and groups to perform at their optimum level. Positive results are the driving force that fuels her. She approaches life through the foundation of her belief in God and enjoys in her spare time, speaking, teaching, fishing, gardening, swimming, sports, and time with FAMILY.
She resides in Allen, Texas, with her husband Roosevelt Jr., daughter Tamika, two beautiful granddaughters, Destiny, Olivia and two fur babies Caesar/CC (Maltese) and Bentley/ Ben-Ben (Beagle).
Tamika Nicole Allen

Tamika Nicole has spent most of her career serving others in both the Christian and secular business arena. She draws from her spirituality, life mapping, positive psychology, and mindfulness to help her wide array of clients. Tamika specialty is with the age groups, youths (9-11), pre-teens (12–14), teens (15-17), and young adults (18-21). She helps individuals with challenges and limitations to adjust to a fulfilling life by reconnecting with their inner power, and dispelling any beliefs holding back their progress, confidence, or motivation. Through her transformational techniques and coaching, her clients have tapped into their destiny and purpose.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Human Resources and is Board Certified as a Life Coach through LLCC & Heart of American Christian College. Her passion is to see others live a life of victory and success. Tamika Nicole continues to rely on her faith in God and sheer determination to live life to its fullest. Her strength comes from her daughters Destiny, Olivia and their pets, Oakley & little man “Bentley”. In her spare time, you can find her with her NY Giants gear on watching FOOTBALL, speaking, teaching, traveling, and with her girls, and pets.
Shanika Moore-Rollison, CPCS
Sr. Vice President - Living From Within Organization
Shanika (Nika) has been a writer ever since learning to hold a pencil. She equips key individuals in non-profits and social missions’ businesses by using her writing to make a difference in their communities. Nika has worked as a consultant, primarily with non-profit organizations in writing grant proposals and developing fundraising plans and as a social media content creator. She is the brains behind Loving Life…Life Coaching marketing, and social media creative content. Her collaborative and supportive mannerism carries over into her many years working in the healthcare field as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist. In this role she has regional oversite for physicians, professional practitioners, and non-physician practitioners. Nika has a heart for people and enjoys helping them to live from within. In her spare time you will find her back at the pen performing editing, grant writing, proposal writing, social networking and website productions.
Nika has been married to her best friend and husband Tony Rollison for 17 years. They parent two intelligent and gifted young men, Ty, and Titan.
